Air BodyPainting

The main feature of this school is in a special tool used to apply paints - air-brush. "Air-brush - an instrument used for spraying paints by force of compressed air. Air-brush is suitable for covering of large surfaces, making shades and tints, or thin lines." (Oxford art manual).

Advantages:
1.Thin layer of paint (microns)
2.Easily washable
3.Paint does not crack
4.Soft laying of paints. Ready drawing looks almost like tattoo.
5.Speed of work is much higher as compared to using a brush
6.Opportunity of making more detailed designs as compared to using a brush
7.Opportunity of using stencils
8.Contact-less laying of paints

Body Art.
Covering of  50-100%  of the surface of a body at a medium amount of details takes 2 to 10 hours depending on the complexity of a design and number of colours. For 1 exhibition day it is possible to paint 2 to 4 bodies (does not matter whether one by one or all at the same time), It usually allows to heat up audience s interest over the whole day.

Face Art.

Painting of one face takes 10 to 30 minutes. For one exhibition day it is possible to paint more than 20-30 faces.
Depending on the construction and special features of a working area it is possible to select paints for particular type of light.

Having an experience of participating in 8 championships, a number of exhibitions and about a hundred of studio sessions I may be absolutely sure in mentioned time limits for creating of one image, the same concerns quality of designs and fascination of the process itself.

Field of application:
1.Exhibitions,  presentations, corporate parties, shows.
2.Printing art: calendars, booklets, covers, illustrations, ads, magazines, gift editions.
3.Videos, movies, art-videos, advertising video.
4.Musicals, performances.
5.Custom work, portfolios.
6.Body art championships, Festivals.
7.Studying, master-classes, seminars. Selection of materials and illustrations for creating of training aids, publication of articles.
